What internet can you actually get at your address?

Not what the coverage map says — what's really there. Send the address and I'll check it and call you back.

Free to you. Address and a phone number is all I need.

Or call me directly — 336-457-6649 You'll get me, not a call center.

How it works

FIBER CABLE 5G HOME NOT SERVICEABLE
Four addresses, one street. This is why a ZIP code can't answer the question and a coverage map routinely gets it wrong.
  1. You send the address

The street address, not the ZIP. Coverage changes house to house, so the ZIP isn't specific enough to answer anything.

  2. I check what actually serves it

I look up what's built to that address rather than what a map claims for the neighborhood.

  3. I call you and go through it

What's there, how the types differ, and what install actually looks like.

  4. If something fits, I handle it

I place the order and stay with it through install. One person to call afterward, not a queue.

Who you're calling

Juwan Gamble · Owner, Northbound Connect, LLC

Eight years selling in people's homes — home improvement and telecommunications. I run this myself. The number on this page is my number, the person who answers it is me, and I'm the one who follows your install through.

What you get that calling around doesn't

Four providers, four hold queues, and each one only tells you about itself.

  • One conversation instead of fourEach provider will only tell you about their own service, and each one takes a hold queue to reach.
  • A straight answer about your addressWhat is actually built to it, not what a coverage map claims for the neighborhood.
  • Someone to call after the installThe hard part usually isn't ordering. It's the week after, when something isn't right.
  • No cost to youYou pay the provider the same either way.

How I get paid

Northbound Connect, LLC is an independent retailer. I'm paid a commission by the service provider when someone I help signs up — never by you. I'd rather say that plainly up front than bury it at the bottom of the page.

Questions

Does this cost me anything?

No. The availability check and the call are free, and you pay the provider the same rate either way. I'm paid by the provider, not by you.

Why do you need my street address and not just my ZIP?

Because a ZIP code can't answer the question. What's built to a given street — and sometimes to a given building — varies inside the same ZIP, and the big comparison sites gloss over that. The address is the only way to give you a real answer.

What happens to my information?

It's used to check your address and to contact you about it. I don't sell it and I don't hand it to unrelated companies for their marketing. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Will I get spam calls now?

No. You'll get a call from me about the address you submitted. If you checked the optional email box you'll also get occasional emails, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.

What if nothing good is available at my address?

Then I'll tell you that. It happens, and you're better off knowing it in a five-minute call than after an install appointment.

What's the difference between fiber, cable and 5G home internet?

They behave differently, and which ones reach you depends on your address. Here's the plain-English version.
